Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
Return Process
To start a return, contact our customer support team at support@ottospeed.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping your item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we have received your returned item. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email support@ottospeed.com.
