Shipping Policy

All OttoSpeed orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders placed after our daily cutoff time will be processed the next business day.

Fulfillment Days: Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays)

Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM (noon) Central Time

Example: An order placed at 1:00 PM on Friday will begin processing Monday.

Our standard handling time is 1 business day. During periods of high order volume (such as product launches or holidays), handling time may extend to 2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times depend on your location:

USPS First-Class Package - 3–5 business days

USPS Priority Mail - 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options will be added in the future.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update the tracking status after the package has been scanned.
